For your convenience, a block of rooms has been made available and all attendees will receive a rate of $339 per night (single/double). The last day to receive this discounted rate is September 12, 2024. Rooms may sell out before this date, be sure to make your reservation today! Reservations made after this date only can be honored on a space available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.

- ARRIVING BY AIR: The Swissotel is located about 18 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, approximately 30-50 minutes via taxi/cab or rideshare, depending on traffic; and about 13 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport, or approximately 20-40 minutes via taxi/cab or rideshare, depending on traffic. Public transit from both airports is also available. Please see both airport websites for further information.
- DRIVING/PARKING: 24-hour valet parking is $84/day. 24-hour self parking is $65/day.
